Welcome to the Pingo application! By using Pingo, you agree to abide by the following terms of service. These Terms of Service outline your rights and responsibilities as well as those of Pingo during your use of the app and associated services. Please read these terms carefully before continuing to use the application.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, and using Pingo, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please discontinue using the application immediately.

Pingo is a platform that provides information, reviews, and recommendations for restaurants, eateries, and cafes based on real experiences from the user community. Users can search for locations, read and share reviews, save favorite spots, and receive personalized recommendations based on their preferences.

3. USER ACCOUNTS

3.1. Account Registration

  • You need to register an account to access Pingo’s main features. The required registration information includes your name, email, phone number, and other necessary details for identity verification.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and password and should not share your account with anyone else.

3.2. Age Requirements

  • You must be 18 years or older to register and use Pingo. If you are under 18, you need the consent and supervision of a legal guardian.

3.3. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account. If your account is being used without permission, please contact Pingo immediately for support.

4. USER RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Users have the right to post, edit, and delete their reviews on the Pingo platform.
  • Users must not upload any content that violates the law, including but not limited to: obscene, offensive, defamatory content, or false information that causes misunderstandings.
  • Users commit not to use Pingo for any illegal purposes or in any manner that could infringe on the rights of third parties.

5. USER CONTENT

5.1. Posting Content

When you upload any content (including but not limited to reviews, images, comments) on Pingo, you ensure that:

  • The content is your own, or you have the legal rights to use and share it.
  • The content does not violate the intellectual property rights of any third party, including copyrights, trademarks, or trade secrets.

5.2. License to Use

When you share content on Pingo, you grant Pingo the right to use, edit, display, and distribute that content within the scope of its services and for promotional and marketing purposes without further notification or permission.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content, designs, logos, icons, and elements related to the Pingo application (excluding content posted by users) are the intellectual property of Pingo or its affiliates. You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, or use these assets without written consent from us.
