How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your Pingo Pro subscription at any time.

You must cancel your subscription through the same platform you originally used to subscribe.

Deleting the app or your account does not cancel your subscription.

How to Cancel

  1. Open the Pingo app.
  2. Go to the Settings page.
  3. Open Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription
  4. Confirm cancellation through App Store, Google Play, or Stripe.

After You Cancel

  • You’ll keep access until the end of your billing period.
  • You won’t be charged again.
  • Your learning progress and streak will not be affected.
  • You can resubscribe at any time.
