How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by the platform you purchased through. Each platform has its own billing and refund policies. For further questions, please follow up with the platform directly.
iOS (Apple)
Request a refund for Apple purchases here:
If you do not see your subscription in your device subscription settings, your purchase may have been processed through Link.
To request a refund via Link:
- Log in at https://app.link.com/login using the email you used at checkout
- Select Contact support and follow the instructions here: https://support.link.com/questions/requesting-a-refund-for-a-sold-through-link-payment
