How to Request Account Deletion

1. Open the Pingo AI app.
2. Go to the Settings page.
3. Select Delete Account and confirm account deletion.

Data Deletion and Retention Policy

When you request account deletion:

• Deleted Data: All user profile information, usage data, and conversation history. Once deleted, your account and data cannot be recovered.
• Retained Data: Transaction records are kept for legal compliance for up to 1 year.
